Project - Lewisham
Development of airspace where we obtained planning permission and were able to create 5 luxury apartments for rental. Specification included winter gardens and MVHR fresh air vent systems, bespoke exterior panelling, large skylights and sedum roofs.

Project - Leyton
A backland site where we oversaw the design and obtained planning permission and were able to create 4 luxury apartments for rental. Specification included MVHR fresh air systems throughout, air source heat pumps, CCTV, bespoke pas24 windows and doors and gigabyte broadband.
